Once you are granted a franchise, the fun begins, starting with finding the perfect location for your NYPD Pizza restaurant. We will assist you with the following:

• Site selection that fit the NYPD Pizza demographics
• Lease negotiations
• Site planning
• Architectural plans
• Construction from bids to permits to completion
• Equipment plans and installation
• Décor Packages

While you have this cooking, you will be required to graduate from the six week training program at an approved NYPD Pizza franchise. You will be trained on the following and be given pertinent information on how to operate your NYPD Pizza franchise:

• Operations Manual, Recipe Manuals, Prep Manuals, Bartending Manuals, Marketing Manuals and much more
• POS System and training
• Local advertising and marketing programs
• Staffing, training and labor cost
• Ordering , inventory and food costs
• Food preparation, quality and presentation
• Equipment use and maintenance
• Administration and reports

Once you are close to opening your NYPD Pizza franchise, the Training Team comes to your store for your final two weeks of training. NYPD Pizza will put the finishing touches and prepare your franchise for its Grand Opening:

• Staff training and scheduling
• Set-up store from soup to nuts
• Start your local advertising and marketing

When you have opened your NYPD Pizza franchise, you will receive continued support from corporate:

• Manual updates
• Menu updates
• Training and store visits
• Advertising and Marketing update

We believe that your input is the key to a successful brand and franchise. The NYPD Pizza Franchise Advisory Council will be formed to collaborate between corporate and the franchisee regarding system-wide programs and operational changes.
